  1. Introduction & Definitions "We" / "Us" / "Our": cleanmyheatingsystem.co.uk trading as Dr Radiator. Currently operating as a sole trader in England and Wales, with our office in Chesterfield, England. We trade under the names 'Dr Radiator' and 'cleanmyheatingsystem.co.uk'. "You" / "Your": The individual or business using our Site, purchasing Products, or using our Services. "Site": the website located at https://www.cleanmyheatingsystem.co.uk. "Products": The "Home Heating Test Kits" and any associated accessories sold on the Site. "Services": The online platform, including the "Enter Test Results" function, "Dashboard," reports, and any automated "actionable recommendations" provided based on user-submitted data. "Lead": Contact details and system information of a homeowner seeking plumbing/heating services, sold by Us to a trade partner. "Homeowner": A private individual (acting as a consumer) purchasing products and services for personal, non-commercial use. "Trade Partner": A verified business (e.g., a heating engineer, plumber, sole trader) purchasing products and services for commercial purposes.
  2. Use of the Site & Account Registration Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or create an account for our services. Account Types:
  • Trade Partner Account: To request a Trade Partner Account, you must provide your business details, which we will verify. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you are a legitimate business. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke Trade Partner status at our sole discretion.
  • Standard Account: For Homeowners. Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  1. Product Orders (Home Heating Test Kits) Order Process: An order is placed by completing the checkout process on the Site. You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. This is not an acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the Product to you, at which point you will receive a "Dispatch Confirmation" email. Pricing:
  • Prices for Homeowners are shown inclusive of VAT (currently does not apply).
  • Prices for Trade Partners are shown inclusive of VAT (currently does not apply).
  • VAT will be added at the current rate during checkout.
  • Delivery costs are specified separately at checkout. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Stripe. Shipping & Delivery:
  • We deliver to the UK mainland and Ireland only.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked or Evri service. This is an aim, not a guarantee.
  • Risk for the Product passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified.
  1. Returns & Refunds Homeowner (Consumer) Rights:
  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your product.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g., email to drradiatorcleaningservices@gmail.co.uk).
  • You must return the product to us within 14 days of your notification, at your own cost.
  • The product must be returned in its original, sealed, and unused condition. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if your handling of it has reduced the value of the Product. Trade Partner (Business) Rights: Returns are accepted for faulty products only. B2B sales are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period. Faulty Products (All Customers): If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at drradiatorcleaningservices@gmail.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs. Returns Address: All returns should be sent to: Dr Radiator Returns, Chesterfield, England.
  1. The Testing Service (Dashboard, Reports & Recommendations) Service Description: The service provides an automated analysis based solely on the test results and data you (the user) input into the Site. User-Submitted Data: The accuracy, relevance, and usefulness of the Services (reports, recommendations) are entirely dependent on the accurate and correct use of the test kit and the data entered by you. We are not responsible for any errors in the data you provide. SERVICE DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT):
  • The Service provides information and automated recommendations for informational purposes only.
  • It is NOT a substitute for an in-person inspection, diagnosis, or advice from a qualified heating engineer or plumber.
  • We are not liable for any actions you (or your customers, if you are a Trade Partner) take or do not take based on the service's recommendations.
  • Homeowners should always consult a qualified professional before undertaking any repairs or adding chemicals to their heating system.
  • Trade partners must use their own professional judgement to interpret the data and decide on the best course of action for their clients.
  1. HOMEOWNER REQUESTS FOR QUOTES & DATA SHARING 6.1 Explicit Consent to Share: By submitting an enquiry through our "Help & Advice", "System Test", or "Get a Quote" forms, or by requesting a referral to a professional, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your submitted personal data (including Name, Address, Contact Details, and System Data) to verified Trade Partners in your local area. 6.2 Purpose of Transfer: This data transfer is strictly for the purpose of the Trade Partner providing you with a quote or advice regarding your enquiry. 6.3 Intermediary Role: You acknowledge that Dr Radiator is a diagnostic and lead-matching service provider. We are not a plumbing, heating, or building contractor. We do not perform installations, repairs, or maintenance work ourselves. 6.4 Contract of Work: Any agreement for work to be carried out (including price, scope, and timeline) is a direct contract solely between you (the Customer) and the Trade Partner. Dr Radiator is not a party to this contract and accepts no liability for the workmanship, conduct, or safety of independent Trade Partners.
  2. Limitation of Liability Product Use: You use the Home Heating Test Kit at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to your heating system, property, or person that occurs while you are collecting a sample or using the test kit. Service Use: We are not liable for any costs, damage, or loss (e.g., unnecessary repairs or failure to perform necessary repairs) resulting from your reliance on the information provided by our Services. For Trade Partners (B2B): We exclude all liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any loss or damage shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question. Exclusions: Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  3. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including the "Dr Radiator" and "cleanmyheatingsystem.co.uk" names and logos, text, graphics, and the software, design, and logic of the Dashboard and Reports and the Home Heating Test kits provided is the exclusive property of cleanmyheatingsystem.co.uk trading as Dr Radiator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  4. Data Protection & Privacy We collect and process your personal data (including order details and test results) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please read our privacy policy to understand how we handle your data. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. TRADE LEAD MARKETPLACE This section applies specifically to Trade Partners purchasing Leads from Dr Radiator. 10.1 Lead Accuracy & Disclaimer: Lead descriptions provided on the Site or via email (including but not limited to: pipe diameter/micro-bore status, boiler age, system type, and existing faults) are generated based on Homeowner self-reporting. While Dr Radiator requests photographic evidence for 'Gold' tier leads, we cannot guarantee the technical accuracy of the homeowner's assessment. By purchasing a Lead, you acknowledge that technical specifications are indicative only. 10.2 Refund Policy for Leads: We do not offer cash refunds for purchased Leads. However, we offer a Replacement Credit policy under the following strict conditions:
  • Valid Reasons for Credit: The phone number is dead/disconnected; The Homeowner has already engaged another engineer before your call; The Homeowner explicitly states they did not request a quote.
  • Invalid Reasons for Credit: You did not contact the lead within 48 hours; You could not agree on a price; The pipework was Micro-bore when stated as Standard (see clause 10.1).
  • Procedure: To claim a credit, you must reply to your Order Confirmation email within 48 hours of purchase, stating the reason. We reserve the right to verify with the Homeowner before issuing a credit. 10.3 Exclusivity & First-Come-First-Served: 'Gold' tier Leads are sold on an exclusive basis. If two Trade Partners attempt to purchase the same Lead simultaneously due to system latency, the Lead will be awarded to the Trade Partner with the earliest completed transaction timestamp. The second purchaser will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or a credit for a future lead. 10.4 Use of Data: You agree to use the Homeowner's personal data solely for the purpose of providing a quote for the requested work. You must not add the Homeowner to any marketing lists or resell their data to third parties. You agree to comply with UK GDPR in your handling of this data.

11. General Governing Law: These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute. Complaints: If you have a complaint, please contact us first at drradiatorcleaningservics@gmail.co.uk so we can try to fix it. Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms that apply to your order will be those in force at the time you placed your order.
