Heating Work and CleanFlow

Work should follow the evidence

An Assessment or professional Survey can help identify an appropriate next step. Cleaning is one possible outcome, not the automatic answer.

Your decision journey

A recommendation is not an obligation

Findings

Start with observed and recorded evidence.

Recommendation

Consider the proportionate next step supported by those findings.

Quotation

Review the proposed work, scope and price.

Customer decision

Choose whether you want the work to proceed.

When CleanFlow may be considered

CleanFlow may be recommended where the evidence supports system cleaning as an appropriate response. The recommendation should explain why that work is relevant to the recorded findings.

It is not bundled into a professional Heating Survey and is not triggered automatically by an Assessment result.

Other appropriate outcomes

The evidence may instead support monitoring, maintenance, a repair, another specialist check or no immediate work. The purpose of the journey is to make the next decision clearer, not to force one intervention.

Compare evidence after work or over time

The £30 Twin Re-test Pack contains two further assessments that can create additional recorded results after work, treatment, maintenance or time.

Comparison can show what changed. It does not guarantee that cleaning or any other intervention must improve the system.
