New Providers should begin with the Provider Starter Kit.

Existing Providers can order refill packs in quantities of 5, 10 or 25 assessments.

Provider refill packs require an existing registered, app-enabled Provider account. Test tube stands are not included with refill packs.

Reference control test

The Provider Kit contains a reference control test designed to support result comparison and quality control. The control-test protocol is awaiting final validation and approval. No claim is currently made about reusable-tube cleaning, prevention of carry-over or a maximum number of reuse cycles.
